Third-Party Services

We share form submissions with our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage your request. With consent, we use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads and Meta advertising tools. These providers process data under their own policies.

Mobile / SMS Information

If you provide your mobile number, we may contact you by phone call or text message as described in our SMS Terms (for your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, and offers). You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS/text-messaging opt-in or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is used solely to communicate with you on behalf of Texas Roof Rescue LLC. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Drone Flights & Roof Imagery

Our assessments are flown by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots. When you request an assessment and permit the flight, you consent to us operating an unmanned aircraft over the property you own or lawfully occupy, and to capturing photographs, video, and measurement data of the roof and structure for the purpose of assessing, quoting, documenting, and performing work.

What we capture

• High-resolution still imagery and video of the roof and the exterior of the building.
• Measurement and mapping data used to build a 3D model and a condition report.
• The date, time, and property address the flight relates to.

Neighboring property and people

A camera flown over a roof may incidentally capture adjacent property, vehicles, or people. We do not fly for the purpose of observing anything other than the roof we were asked to assess. Incidental imagery of neighboring property is not used for any purpose, is not shared, and identifying details such as vehicle plates are obscured in anything we publish.

How long we keep it

Roof imagery and condition reports are retained in our archive so the record still exists years later, when an insurer or a future owner asks what condition the roof was in. You may request deletion of imagery of your property at any time by emailing sales@91texas.com, except where we are required to retain it for an active warranty, an open insurance claim, or by law.

Who we share it with

We share roof imagery and reports with you; with your insurer or public adjuster when you ask us to; and, where the work came through a roofing partner, with that partner. We do not sell it.

Use in marketing

We do not use imagery of your property in advertising, on our website, or on social media unless you have separately agreed to it. That permission is asked for separately from your request for an assessment, it is never a condition of service, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing sales@91texas.com — we will remove the imagery from anything we control going forward.

Your Choices

• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Request access to or deletion of your information by emailing sales@91texas.com.
• Decline cookies using our consent banner.
• Withdraw permission for us to use imagery of your property in marketing, or request its deletion, by emailing sales@91texas.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
