Free Inspection
Submit a claim and a GoNano Certified Contractor inspects the roof at no cost to you, documenting whether a covered defect is present.
Free Re-Treatment
If a covered defect is confirmed, GoNano arranges a complete re-treatment of the affected area — at no cost — for the remainder of your coverage period.
Shingle-Material Allowance
If re-treatment doesn’t resolve it within 12 months, GoNano provides an allowance toward replacement shingle materials for the affected area.
What’s Covered
GoNano warrants that treated shingles won’t prematurely peel, curl, or warp as a result of the treatment, for the full coverage period. Coverage also includes:
- Surface-staining cleaning & restoration on treated shingles
- 5-year hail protection — on the Fortify Elite (Good) tier
- Re-treatment of any confirmed covered defect, at no cost
What’s Not Covered
- Acts of God — wind, tornado, flood, lightning (and hail, except the Elite hail tier)
- Pre-existing damage or defects present before treatment
- Age, natural end-of-life wear, or ordinary weathering
- Missed routine maintenance — debris, clogged gutters, overhanging limbs
Eligibility is set by your Roof Health Score at the time of treatment, and coverage must be registered within 30 days. Full terms are in GoNano’s Formal Limited Warranty.
Your Shingle Warranty Is Safe
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §2302c)
Federal law prohibits shingle manufacturers from voiding your warranty because you applied a third-party maintenance product. The car analogy: your car maker can’t void your engine warranty because you changed the oil at a local shop. Same law, same principle — for your roof.
